KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Computer Systems Analyst, Advanced, to join our team. This position is contingent upon contract award. This position will work at a government site in St. Inigoes, MD.

This position will lead the analysis of complex science, engineering, business, and data processing challenges to develop and implement effective solutions for applications, system administration, or network concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Compensation:
While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines. The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $160,000.00. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation.

This position will lead the analysis of complex science, engineering, business, and data processing challenges to develop and implement effective solutions for applications, system administration, or network concerns.
Primary Duties:
- Oversees systems management and integration efforts, driving improvements in existing computer systems and reviewing system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling constraints.
- Provides strategic recommendations on commercially available software and ensures alignment with organizational goals and needs.
- Supports and guides junior staff and collaborates with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- May analyze or recommend commercially available software.
- Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning
- Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Keeping up to date technically and applying new knowledge to the job
- Using computers and computer systems to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information
- Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
- Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, computer science, or information technology discipline.
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree in a technical, computer science, or information technology discipline plus an additional four (4) years of work experience may be substituted.
- In lieu of a degree, an additional six (6) years of relevant work experience may be substituted
- At least seven (7) years of relevant work experience
